This week at Discover Yoga, our theme is simple—but powerful: a little strength and a little calm.
Life asks a lot of us. Strength to keep going. Calm to stay grounded. And most days, we don’t need more extremes—we need balance.
Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier or pushing harder. It’s about resilience. Supporting your joints. Feeling capable in your body. Building the kind of strength that helps you move through life with confidence.
Calm isn’t about shutting everything out. It’s about learning how to regulate your nervous system, soften unnecessary tension, and come back to your breath—especially when things feel overwhelming.
